Use/How to use

Yeast is used to prepare white or sweet bread. Apply directly to dry ingredients or diluted in water

The amount of yeast depends on the type of bread to be made and the climate of the place. White bread: 2.5 to 3% by weight of flour
Sweet bread: 3 to 4% of the weight of the flour
