Returns & Claims Policy

Food & Perishable Products

Due to the nature of bakery ingredients, food products, and perishable items, all sales are generally considered final and non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help process your claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Return Eligibility

Non-food items may be eligible for return only if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The return is requested within the applicable timeframe

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees.
